What to Expect ?The Havening treatment involves touch on the upper arms, hands and possibly face. Pre Covid 19, I often adminstered this touch myself.

Under the new protocols, I work online only, and you the client, will administer the touch to your own face, upper arms and palms, while I facilitate the session.
Havening protocols help clear the disturbing symptoms of PTSD (trauma), anxiety, depression and much more. Simply clearing symptoms however, is not enough to truly change your life.
